Windows Embedded Workshop: Costruiamo insieme un device Embedded Real-Time!
Windows Embedded + RTX = Infinite soluzioni

Avnet Embedded in collaborazione con Kontron, BEPS, Interval Zero e Microsoft Innovation Center organizza una serie di corsi teorico/pratici su Windows® Embedded. La partecipazione è gratuita ma, dato il numero limitato di posti disponibili, è necessario registrarsi al più presto.
Durante il corso, della durata di un giorno, verranno evidenziate le potenzialità di Windows Embedded Standard 7 e le funzioni specifiche per le applicazioni embedded non presenti nella versione commerciale. Verrà inoltre generata un’immagine del sistema operativo che sarà completata con le estensioni real time di IntervalZero.

E’ prevista una sessione di laboratorio interattiva sugli strumenti software per la creazione e la distribuzione dell’immagine.

Al termine del corso verrà rilasciato un ATTESTATO DI PARTECIPAZIONE.
Il corso è l’occasione ideale per scoprire i nuovi prodotti della famiglia Windows Embedded.

June 2011 MIC Activities

Inaugurata la nuova sala corsi del MIC-ISMB
Lo scorso 19 e 20 aprile si è concluso il tour dedicato a Windows Phone 7, iniziato lo scorso 10 marzo con una presentazione della nuova tecnologia Microsoft per la telefonia mobile. A questa giornata hanno fatto seguito due giorni dedicati ad esercitazioni pratiche svoltesi lo scorso 22 e 23 marzo. La conclusione del tour ha visto coinvolte 5 aziende per la realizzazione di un proof of concept. Le attività si sono svolte nella nuova sala corsi del Microsoft Innovation Center – ISMB  che si trova presso il Business Research Center del Politecnico. La sala dispone di 18 postazioni attrezzate con PC e con tutte le apparecchiature necessarie per l’organizzazione  di  seminari e  laboratori.

Il 18 febbraio 2011 torna M’illumino di meno, radiofonica campagna sul risparmio energetico. La Giornata del Risparmio Energetico 2011, special edition per i 150 anni dall’unità d’Italia, è fissata per il 18 febbraio 2011. Anche quest’anno Caterpillar (trasmissione radiofonica di Radio 2)  ha  invitato comuni, associazioni, scuole, aziende e case di tutt’Italia ad aderire all’iniziativa creando quel “silenzio energetico” che ha coinvolto le piazze di tutt’Europa negli anni scorsi, per fare spazio, dove possibile, ad un’accensione virtuosa, a base di fonti rinnovabili. Il MIC-ISMB partecipa all’iniziativa con il progetto MOSE in collaborazione con Provincia di Torino e Noverca  inaugurando l’impianto innovativo di ottimizzazione dei consumi per l’illuminazione pubblica del Comune di Buttigliera Alta.















embeddedSPARK 2011 Challenge
Il Concorso è rivolto agli Hobbisti Embedded ed è diviso in 3 parti:



Fase 1. Presentazione dell'idea. Se l'idea è considerata nuova ed innovativa, si passa alla fase 2.



Scadenza 30-01-2011.



Fase 2.  Viene consegnato ai 75 vincitori della fase 1 un kit di sviluppo GRATUITO, basato su piattaforma embeddedSPARK, per costruire un prototipo della propria idea.



Scadenza 01-05-2011.



Fase 3- l'8-05-2011 vengono annunciati i 3 finalisti. Ognuno di questi riceve un volo per un evento finale dove verrà presentata una dimostrazione dal vivo del risultato.



 Primo Premio: 15'000 $



Secondo Premio: 5'000 $



Terzo Premio: 1'000 $

Sviluppo di interfacce grafiche con Silverlight for Windows Embedded

Questo corso di Microsoft Embedded, in collaborazione con Adeneo Embedded  presenta la tecnologia e gli strumenti di sviluppo per lo sviluppo di applicazioni utilizzando Silverlight for Windows Embedded.



Questa tecnologia consente di realizzare un’interfaccia utente con strumenti grafici avanzati quali Expression Blend e integrarla in un’applicazione Windows CE 6.0 R3 o Windows Embedded Compact 7.



Durante la giornata verranno presentati gli strumenti di sviluppo (sia per la versione 6.0 R3 che per la nuova release Windows Compact 7), i fondamenti del linguaggio XAML e della class-library di Silverlight for Windows Embedded.
